  • Usage data: reports you generate, niches searched, report tier purchased

  • To provide and operate the Rezon service
  • To process payments via Stripe
  • To send transactional emails (report ready notifications, account confirmation)
  • To improve the product based on usage patterns

4. Data Sources in Reports

Rezon generates reports by analyzing publicly available consumer reviews and forum discussions. We do not store or expose personal information from these sources — only aggregated insights and anonymized quotes.

5. Email Communications

We send transactional emails related to your account and reports. You can contact us to opt out of non-essential communications. We use Brevo to send emails.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely via Supabase (PostgreSQL). Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We use industry-standard security practices and HTTPS throughout.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at privacy@rezon.so.

8. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Supabase — database and authentication
