By using Rezon you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Description of Service
Rezon is a consumer intelligence platform that generates research reports from publicly available product reviews and forum discussions. Reports are intended to inform marketing strategy and ad creative development.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- One account per person
- You must be 16 or older
4. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the Rezon platform itself
- Resell or redistribute report content without attribution
- Use reports to harass, defame, or target individuals
5. Payment and Refunds
- Starter reports are free (one per account)
- Pro and Deep reports are charged per report at the listed price
- Payments are processed by Stripe
- Due to the nature of digital goods, reports are non-refundable once generated
- If a report fails to generate due to a technical error on our end, we will regenerate it or issue a refund at our discretion
6. Intellectual Property
- Report outputs are yours to use for your marketing and business purposes
- The Rezon platform, brand, and underlying technology remain our property
- Source data in reports comes from publicly available consumer content
7. Disclaimers
- Reports are generated using AI and automated analysis — they may contain errors or omissions
- Rezon does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any report
- Reports should be used as one input among many in marketing decisions, not as sole source of truth
- Rezon is not responsible for the performance of ad campaigns using report insights
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rezon's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific report in question.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union, specifically applicable to users based in Bulgaria where the service is operated from.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms and will notify users of material changes.
